Course Fees and Payment 【学费事宜】

✔️Paid tuition is non-refundable regardless of attendance. Registration fees and miscellaneous fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
若学⽣因个⼈原因缺课，该堂课学费不能扣除/退款。在任何情况下，报名费与杂费都恕不退款

✔️ For new students who join afterwards, the worksheets in the previous lessons will not be provided.
对于过后加⼊的新学⽣，之前的课程的练习将不会被提供。

✔️We will stop providing teaching materials (including answers) for any student who decides to suspend or withdraw and the fees are non-refundable.
任何学⽣⼀旦停课/退学，我们将不再提供教材/答案，且所有的费⽤都概不退还。

✔️Parents are required to make payment on or before the 7th of each month. If payment is overdue for more than two consecutive months, the Centre will treat the student as having automatically withdrawn, without further notice.
家长需于每月 7号前 完成学费缴付。若连续 超过两个月未付款，本中心将视为学生 自动退学，恕不另行通知。  

Disciplinary Measures 【纪律制度】

✔️Pupils could be excluded from our tuition centre for disciplinary problems. No refund will be made.
本中⼼有权利开除有纪律问题的学⽣,(破坏本中⼼设备/上课极为不合作/态度问题) 且不提供任何费⽤的退款

✔️For any absence of more than 2 weeks, students must take a leave of absence to inform us in advance. Failure to do so without prior approval will be treated as “Withdrawal”.
如果学⽣因私⼈原因缺课, 务必请假。如果在完全没有通知的情况下缺课两周, 我们将以 “学⽣⾃动退学”处理。

✔️Should a student cause any damage to our centre’s property, parents or guardians are to be held responsible for compensation including full costs of repair.
如有学⽣破坏中⼼设施，如桌椅/课室设备/厕所等，本中⼼将根据修理/购买单据索取赔偿。

✔️  Please note that photos and videos may be taken during classes and Centre activities and may be published on various social media platforms for promotional purposes. If you have any concerns, please inform the assistant in advance.
本中心在进行课程及相关活动时，可能会进行拍摄，并将照片或影片发布于各类社交媒体平台（如宣传用途）。如家长或学生对此有所顾虑，请提前通知老师。
